- Focused review and preliminary analysis of a defined property coverage issue.
- Coverage Triage with Reservation of Rights Letter
- Coverage Triage plus a Reservation of Rights letter addressing the identified coverage issues.
- Residential Property Coverage Opinion
- Written coverage opinion addressing coverage issues presented by a residential property claim.
- Commercial Property Coverage Opinion
- Written coverage opinion addressing coverage issues presented by a commercial property claim.
- Complex / Large Commercial Property Coverage Opinion
- Coverage analysis for complex matters or large commercial property claims.
- Business Income Coverage Applicability Analysis
- Analysis of the applicability and scope of Business Income and Extra Expense coverage. Does not include loss calculation or quantification.
- Coverage Position Letter
- Draft coverage correspondence communicating the client’s coverage decision, based on a completed coverage opinion.
- Supplemental Coverage Opinion
- Additional analysis when new information or developments may materially affect a prior coverage opinion.
Fees
Depending on the nature and complexity of an assignment, services may be available through fixed-fee or hourly arrangements.
Fees are determined after conflicts screening and review of the proposed scope of work.
A written engagement agreement will identify the services, applicable fees, and payment terms before work begins.
