Timothy Wieneke, Esq.

Timothy Wieneke is an Alabama-licensed attorney and the principal of Wieneke Legal LLC. He holds a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and the CPCU and AIC designations. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama only and is not admitted to practice law in North Carolina.

Before practicing law, Timothy Wieneke spent more than 20 years in property claims, handling in excess of 8,000 first party residential and commercial claims as an adjuster, consultant, expert and appraiser. He is also a licensed general contractor with construction experience dating to the early 1990s.
